A PROPOSAL TO CONVERT A FORMER BRANCH BANK BUILDING IN SHOREWOOD, WI INTO A MODERN COMMERCIAL SPACE.

Constructed in the 1970’s the professional building formerly used as a branch bank, currently stands vacant. This project proposes to repurpose the existing building as a commercial building including a locally owned coffee shop and a bakery. The existing structural system will remain largely intact while a complete re-skin aims to transform the dull exterior appearance of the building into a warm, modern community hub. The proposed materials palette includes black metal panels, glazed white brick, wood, and steel.
